The Racial Equality Council for Cornwall CREC was formed many years ago and provided advice, supports and guidance to many people and worked to benefit the people of Cornwall.  In 2008 the management committee formed a working group to take the organisation forward and in 2009 the new organisation was formed called Cornwall Racial Equality Council also known as CREC this is the organisation you see today.
